It was a pleasant experience right from the start at the West Palm Beach Jaguar dealership. Our Salesman, Bryan Jaworski, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had patience explaining the new technologies to us as well as setting up the vehicle once purchased. Brian did a wonderful job in guiding me through my purchase of 2016 Jaguar F-Type. He was knowledgeable, fast and he and the dealership were very accommodating. They took care of insurance, DMV registration and a few other things including applying UV shielding to my windows the same day. Everything was handled excellently while I waited in great witting room with snacks, etc. I appreciate the 5 yr, 60,000 mi everything free warranty. Dave Overturf was very courteous and helpful.

I have been working with Armand Compani since purchasing my F-Type from the dealership. Being used it had a few minor issues with the trim inside getting sticky. Armand assisted me with my final trim replacements utilizing Jaguar corporate helpline. They approved the recommendation made by Armand and agreed to pay 90% of the replacement costs. The dealer picked up the remaining 10% and unexpected perk, but par for this dealer and my service representative.
Susan Fox offered me the one thing you hope for (when you become inoperable), because your vehicle is not functioning. Susan achieved the most important function of the auto dealer customer service rep- Confidence that I was in the right place and personal attention, so that I never felt "overlooked". We left our F-Pace in the parking lot after hours. With just a phone call to Jaguar Palm Beach, early in the morning the next day, Armand found the key, which was left with the night receptionist, and took care of the repair. He kept me advised regularly of the progress of the repair, which took two days, and delivered the car with a smile and some great conversation. You don't often see that commitment to a customer in today's service world.

1. I negotiated a deal for an F-Pace by internet and phone. 2. Erik was my salesman. 3. Drove from Naples to Palm Beach and completed the purchase and drove off within 2 days. 4. Erik and the business manager did exactly what was promised and even a bit more. 5. By the way... I went there because they had 60 SUVs to choose from.. Naples had only 5... This was the BEST car buying experience I ever had (and I am a picky attorney).
