I wanted to take a minute to rate my experience at Jaguar Palm Beach ✴✴✴✴✴. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Jumo Smikle. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. His knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. Jumo did everything he could to assist in the purchase of my 2018 F-Pace 2T Premium to make sure all expectations were met. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. I live I Michigan and I was in the market for a used/CPO Jaguar F-type S Coupe with a manual transmission. This is a rare car and I have been looking for one for months, (less than 200 exist in the US and Canada) but this dealer had one. I contacted the dealer and Ken Luce responded right away but also respected my time and my preferred communication format (which is texting). He would always respond within an hour of my inquiries – any time of the day. Unfortunately, that car sold within 48 hours and I was out of luck. Ken kept my contact information and promised to keep his eye out for one. Well, guess what? A couple of weeks later Ken found another one and called me right away. He offered to pick me up at the airport but was so confident with this particular car he said you could buy this one and ship it – it’s that pristine. And yes it was.Let’s contrast this with some other dealership sales experiences: My local JLR dealer just said I was never going to find one (admittedly it is rare) and instead tried to sell me an auto convertible on his lot. A JLR dealer in Georgia also had a vehicle but would only sporadically text me back. I just assumed the car was sold since I never heard back for a week when it actually wasn’t. I was thinking if these guys aren’t responsive when I am trying to buy the car, what if I have an issue? Certainly, buying a car online and away from home is not the most confidence inspiring experience. Well here is what further sets this Palm Beach team apart: Ken went over the entire car with me on Facetime and answered every question. He made sure I could see the paint and color in different light and as well as every detail of the interior. He pointed out all the imperfections of which there were few and made sure I was comfortable. I never felt pressured to buy at any time. He was always responsive and knowledgeable. When it came to negotiate the best price, the guys at Palm Beach were fair. No, I did not get some screaming killer deal (not sure they exist anyway) – but that’s not how these guys roll. You get a fair deal but what you are paying for is 100% confidence that they are selling you something they will stand behind and that you will not have concerns with. You will feel good about the car and your decision. I certainly do.As for the closing, there were no surprises and all the fees were explained. Any dealer extras were discussed upfront and transparent in the transaction. They also worked with me so that I could take full advantage of the 0.9% financing terms. The rest of the sales and delivery was transferred to Erik Valentin. Erik was meticulous in walking through every detail of the car and videoing the inspection, the detailing and the vehicle shipment. Erik made himself available 24/7 with any questions and concerns I had. As for shipping, I saw every aspect including the shipping team’s assessment of the car. Again, no surprises - well except the car arrived one day earlier than I expected – but the driver explained to me that was on him. And of course, the vehicle arrived in perfect condition.Again, let’s compare this experience to the BMW I bought at a dealer in Toledo: when I picked up the car it wasn’t very clean, and no one explained anything about the car (how to pair my phone, the radio, infotainment, etc). And of course, no real follow-up either – just lots of junk mail and email. I honestly wasn’t that put off because I assumed that’s what the sales experience is – even with luxury brands. It sure doesn’t have to be. In short, I had an exceptional experience at Jaguar Palm Beach and I would definitely buy a car from this dealer again. Moreover, I would have no fear buying from them without test driving the car either because it’s obvious this team isn’t in the business of selling junk in service or product. Frankly, it’s refreshing. Highly recommended.
Everything was well done. No issues Service was timely, dropping off car and getting s loaner process was easy, service was done promptly and zi was well informed. Picking up the car and returning the loaner was also easy. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
just came in for a service call recently. had a great experience overall thanks to Bob Bohm and Sharon Gadbois. they both went over and above my expectations. glad that i returned here after going elsewhere last time. from now on this is where i will be getting all my Jaguar needs. i have been a loyal Jaguar owner since 1992 and i will continue being a loyal customer to this dealership, this being my 7th Jaguar vehicle. thanks!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Palm Beach Jaguar. The sales agent who assisted me with my purchase was Jumo Smikle. He was very attentive and easy to reach over the phone as well as online. I am from out of state and having to purchase a car sight unseen is somewhat daunting. Jumo eased that fear by getting me pictures of all of the areas of the vehicle in a very timely manner. Jumo provided outstanding customer service from the beginning of the purchasing process to the end. In addition, he went out of his way by picking me up at airport. Jumo had the car detailed and filled up with gas which I thought was a very nice touch. The staff at the Jaguar Palm Beach dealership did an outstanding job of making my purchasing experience very pleasurable. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Jumo Smikle and Jaguar Palm Beach again!!!!!!
