I just bought my second XJ from Lance Pain and it has been great. I came in to sell my 2011 XJ and left in a 2016 XJL. I would highly recommend Lance and the dealership.

I’m not sure what or whom I love more; my vehicle or my salesman, ERIK VALENTIN! Jaguar of Palm Beach is lucky to have him! I enjoyed the benefits of his knowledge, professionalism and general kindness!He made me feel comfortable. Never any pressure.I love my new pace.Two friends recommended Erik to me. Now I’d like to pass his tor h to the world of Palm Beach!!! I take back what I said...... 3 months after I signed my lease. I received an 8 thousand dollar bill from Mercedes. 3 months..... oh my god. When I called Erik.... he said I signed a contract, nothing he could do!!!! The biggest crock I’ve ever heard in my life. He knew I had remaining payments. I ignorantly assumed, Jaguar would eat a few payments! NOT YOU PAY A LOT OF MONEY FIR THE NAME JAGUAR...... never again!!!
Feels like red carpet service every time. Their mechanics really know how to take care of these cars too, and make great recommendations on proper preventive maintenance.
