The service department it’s not good at all. I went for my fist service since I bought my F-type and it felt like I owned a Kia Soul. By the time you get the “rental” so much time has passed, it’s almost time to return it.
Once I came back to get my car back from Service, I realized one of my “all weather” mats was missing so I told Mike (Service guy). He looked for it, couldn’t find it so he ordered me new ones… when they arrived at my house (a week later) they were not all weathered, they were the cheapest ones they could find. I communicated, yet again, with Mike and by the next day THEY FOUND MY MISSING mat. That’s when I decided to email Mike (service guy) & Brian (service manager) explaining as nicely as I could why was my experience disappointing and see what we could do to fix it, for future visits. That was about 6 weeks ago and I haven’t even heard back from Brian the manager.
The place looked and service experience was cheap, careless and no regards for my time, instead of resolving my problem, they created many more. I’m supremely disappointed and I am thinking of selling my F-Type just 5 months after buying it.
My car was just out of warranty dealership took care off all my concerns very satisfied would highly recommend this dealership.Dave was excellent at taking care of us.

DMV to send my tags to the dealership. Despite both of our frustrations with the delay, Lance was always very responsive and receptive to checking on the status and providing me what I needed until my tags arrived. He is a stand-up guy and great to work with. I would highly recommend him as a top salesperson who is willing to go the extra mile. Kudos to you Lance!! Hopefully, neither one of us has to go through this again. 🙂

My service experience with Bob Bohm at Jaguar Palm Beach was, and has always been, superior. Bob always explains very clearly and thoroughly what will be done and how long the service will take. If other issues arise he promptly makes me aware of what the repair involves and how much it will cost. I appreciate the flawless rental car process. I have returned to Jaguar Palm Beach during the eighteen years that I have owned Jaguar vehicles because I implicitly trust the company’s Service Department.

Not happy at all with the service department. I took my 2015 Jaguar XF in for some repairs only to have to return a few months later to get the same repairs repaired . The "up to" you keep throwing out there is defined as up to 7 years or 100k miles whichever comes first. Every sales rep states that Jaguar prides itself on the 165 pt inspection for CPO and the 7 year coverage over LEXUS 6 year CPO program, however, you are not standing by your product. In my case it will be 7 years since my car only has 43k miles. We would have noticed that you made that error upfront, however, the manner in which the car was delivered to us was horrific. I still have the pics on my phone and you guys had to clean that up as well.

We purchased a CPO (Certified Pre-Owned) 2014 Jaguar XJ from Palm Beach Jaguar with 29k miles in September 2017. The ad and sticker (which I still have) on the car promoted it as a CPO with a warranty of 7 years from the original service date. Our XJ’s original service date is 3/2014. Fast forward almost 3 years later and they have cheated us 1 year on our warranty by stating that the CPO warranty is for six years not seven. If you look on all Jaguar websites today, it clearly states that a CPO vehicle has a seven year/100k mile warranty. As of today, our car has 43,000 miles on it, so it should be covered until March 2021. Jaguar only covered our CPO until March 2020 and has stolen our last year warranty from us. We have had numerous conversations with both the dealer we purchased the car from (Palm Beach Jaguar; along with the corporate office(Jaguar/LandRover) over several months attempting to resolve this matter and they are blaming each other while we as the customer are victims of their shenanigans. Currently I am still waiting for a resolution from Carrie at the corporate office on this matter.
When we bought this car, we were considering buying a Jaguar XJ or a LEXUS LS. @ Lexus their CPO vehicles are warranted 6 year/100K miles, and our sales reps (Arthur/Shawn Price) emphasized repeatedly that Jaguar beats Lexus on CPO warranty covering their cars’ an extra year. Turns out that was a lie, & they continue to perpetuate this false advertisement to this day in order to make a sale. This is the second Jaguar we owned and had intentions of purchasing a Range Rover SUV, however, seeing how they will not honor and stand by their word with regards to this warranty we will RUN to Lexus and sound a warning to all we know about Jaguar/LandRover dishonest practices.
I have not been unhappy with my F-Pace or the dealership in West Palm ever. Love my car and the service department is the best. Several patrons were in lounge waiting on vehicles and we all agreed Dave is the best service manager any of us have ever had.
